Rexelian Officially Launched: Driving High-Performance Innovation with Recycled Compounds

Barcelona, October 7, 2025 – Today we officially introduce Rexelian – a new company created to drive the next generation of high-performance recycled PP and PE compounds.

Headquartered near Barcelona, at the heart of Europe’s industrial corridor, Rexelian is here to support the mobility, appliances, and electronics industries with solutions that combine sustainability, technically advanced performance, and supply reliability.

What Makes Rexelian Different

Rexelian combines the independence and agility of a new company with the industrial strength of GCR Group’s 500,000 mT/year recycling and compounding capacity. This integration ensures scale, reliability, and access to certified feedstock that few independent compounders can match. This unique position allows us to provide:

  • A portfolio of high-performance PP & PE recycled compounds (PIR- and PCR-based), available in multiple talc-filled grades and custom colors
  • Certified and traceable feedstock managed by a dedicated sourcing team 
  • Advanced R&D and testing capabilities through our Innovation Hub, equipped for mechanical, thermal, and regulatory validation to co-develop new formulations with OEMs and Tiers
